FLINT KNAPPING & ARROWHEADS
KNIVES SPEAR POINTS ARROW POINTS KNIFE BLADES
Knife with Eagle Feather Carving This knife is handmade in the Ozarks. The point is made from local chert that was quarried from Long Creek bottoms just as the native Americans would have done a thousand years ago. The indians would have used this knife for self-defense and daily uses of skinning deer and cutting hides. The handle was made from a WhiteTail deer antler found in the Ozarks Mountains. This overall length of this knife is seven inches and the blade is approximately 3 inches. This is a unique item, one of a kind, like with all arrowheads and spears, no two are the same. This knife was hand-made by local historian and knapper, Tony Brown. |
