We absolutely guarantee that each item we sell is shipped as
described. If, within 90 days of receipt, you are unhappy
with your purchase, we will gladly refund your purchase price
(less shipping and handling charges) as long as the merchandise
is returned to us in its original condition.
We currently ship USPS Priority Mail and FED-X unless otherwise
requested or indicated. We will add the shipping charge
and a small handling fee to cover packaging supplies to each
order.
Each item receives individual care and is matted and packaged by
hand after you order it. It takes an average of 1 to 2
business days to ship most orders. Custom orders may add as much
as 2 weeks before we can ship your order. That means that even a
Next Day Air order is not likely to arrive the day after you
order it (please call us if you need something that fast and we
will try to help).
Due to the type of products we sell, we do not ship outside of
the United States. In addition, we will not ship an item
to a state where the item is illegal to possess. Please
review State Laws prior to making
your order.
